Networking
Event planning promotes networking by connecting the actors of the ecosystem, creating a common dynamic, a sense of belonging from which relationships of trust, business and cooperation emerge.
Annual Convention of the Cluster –TechInnovate event every June 13th.
Club Open Business: Business event for large companies and SMEs. The Cluster may select, on file, the companies that will be presented to buyers of public or private contracts, CIOs and business divisions. These moments of privileged exchange makes it possible to forge strategic or financial partnership with PNG ICT Cluster.

Support companies in their commercial and partnership development strategy.
To develop turnover and to accede to the order of large accounts, whether public or private.
The business component makes it possible to make known and valorise the technological offer of SMEs to the purchasing / business service of major clients.
Business meetings (matchmaking), designed to promote SME’s access to major clients and characterised on technologic topics or Business Opportunities.
Provide individual support (e.g. Develop a new market, recruit a business developer).
Present innovative products and solutions of digital SMEs to potential buyers and investors.
SME Acceleration
PNG ICT Cluster support program aims to create the optimum conditions for the development of innovative small and medium sized business in Papua New Guinea with high growth potential, complementing existing services in the region.
Diagnostic Pass (Health Check): The cluster team will help identify the levels and recommend tailor-made support for SME.
Collaborative Innovation (Projects)
PNG ICT Cluster accelerates members’ capacity for innovation, supports members. The cluster is a one-stop shop for financing, collaborating, research and development projects.
The cluster helps to build a file, find partners, identify the best counter and make members file competitive on technical and business aspects. Assist with funders to prove the solidity of member file, recognize seriousness and quality.
The support of the cluster includes a succession of actions that are setup to accompany the bearer in the improvement of their project and to ensure it corresponds to the expectations of the financier, optimize its chances of selection in order to obtain financing.
International & Exportability
The service is for member SMEs to develop internationally by stimulating and supporting their development strategies and by valuing their products and services internationally.
At the disposal of members to exchange on their international development strategy.
On the basis of these exchanges, the cluster proposes and implements the most appropriate actions according to their needs and the progress of their project to help them initiate or accelerate their international development.
A follow through is carried out over time, in order to continue to make regular proposals for new actions, in order to boost the company’s development and international success.
Offer International Business Development: Systematic supports SMEs in the business sector in their international business development through a wide range of services offered at preferential rates and carried out by recognized service providers located in the target countries.
Offer Group Export: SMEs mounting addressing similar markets in international marketing promotion approach in order to boost business development by a hunting approach in packs.
