Membership Forms can be requested at digitalictclusterpng@gmail.com or downloaded from our website.
The forms must be completed in full by the applicant and duly signed by 2 nominators.
The membership fee must then be paid in full to the PNG Digital ICT Cluster Bank Account 7015671055 BSP Haus 088-950 Swift Code BOSPPGPM.
Copy of deposit must be emailed together with the application form to digitalictclusterpng@gmail.com
Upon receipt of application, the Board will review and approve/disapprove the membership within 3-5 working days based on its membership criteria and requirements.
If a member’s application is disapproved by the board, a full refund of the fee will be returned to the applicant.
If an applicant wishes to withdraw the application before a Board decision within the 3-5 working days, a 20% fee is retained for the remit costs and rest is remitted to the applicant.
All applicants admitted to the association upon approval will receive a membership certificate number signed by the association President and Secretary.
Cluster Memberships are annual and must be renewed on the next anniversary date of the membership.
